I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The first thing that struck me was the amazing value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the well-kept gardens to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was top-notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the facilities you could ask for. I particularly loved the lovely view out to the front and the walk-in shower. Plus, the breakfast at 10:10 was a great way to start the day.
All was perfect!

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Good breakfast options and friendly service at the attached restaurant.
Low water pressure in all three showers of our rooms. the restaurant was a bit outdated and had limited vegetarian options, resulting in a poor meal experience for one member of our party.

Great location for exploring Cheddar Gorge and Bath, with stunning views. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had air conditioning. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Low water pressure in the showers resulting in a trickle flow. Adjoining restaurant had long waits and menu items unavailable.

We had a fantastic stay at a family-friendly hotel near Bristol International airport. the location was perfect, right down the valley and close to the airport. Our room was tidy, clean, and spacious with all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. the friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast at the restaurant next door was delicious, offering a variety of options. a great stay with convenient facilities and stunning views.
We did notice some areas of the restaurant that could use a bit of refurbishment.
